What we store by default
Without your consent the site stores a single essential entry in your browser’s local storage: your answer to the cookie notice, so we do not ask again on every page. It is not a cookie and it never leaves your device.

If you allow “Analytics”, Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_<id> so repeat visits are counted once. If you refuse, or do not answer, none are set.
Advertising cookies (only if you allow them)
This site shows Google AdSense ads. If you allow “Advertising”, Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads, limit how often you see them, measure them and personalise them based on your visits to this and other websites. No advertising cookies are set without your consent. Our pages keep AdSense ad requests paused, so no ads are requested and Google sets no new cookies. The AdSense script itself is still downloaded from Google on the pages that carry it (not on this page or the privacy policy).
Changing your mind and opting out
Change or withdraw your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing deletes the analytics and advertising cookies this site can reach and reloads the page. You can also opt out of personalised ads in Google’s Ads Settings (https://adssettings.google.com) and at https://www.aboutads.info, and clear cookies in your browser settings.
